About the position
We are seeking a candidate to lead and expand our demand generation function at Rentable. This role involves optimizing outbound demand generation campaigns, collaborating with the sales team, and exploring new channels to increase sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS companies, overseeing direct response and email marketing campaigns, and applying a growth framework to demand generation. They will also be responsible for defining and improving our demand generation strategy, establishing KPIs, and conducting market research.
Responsibilities
- Define and improve Rentable's demand generation strategy
- Identify new opportunities for growth across channels
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals
- Optimize lead generation and conversion rates
- Oversee the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives
- Regularly report on campaign performance to key stakeholders
- Implement A/B testing and optimization framework
- Oversee end-to-end channel lifecycle of B2B content
- Conduct and analyze research to identify trends or opportunities in new and existing markets
- Leverage customer insights and market research to inform demand generation strategies
Requirements
- Prior experience building and scaling demand generation function at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Ability to optimize outbound demand generation campaigns
- Experience in direct response and email marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of growth framework for B2B demand generation
- Ability to define and improve demand generation strategy
- Collaboration with sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals
- Expertise in overseeing development and execution of marketing campaigns, with initial focus on email marketing
- Establishment of KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of demand generation initiatives
- A/B testing and optimization skills
- Ability to oversee end-to-end channel lifecycle of B2B content
- Research and analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities in new and existing markets
- Utilization of customer insights and market knowledge
