Customer Onboarding Specialist

The Customer Onboarding Specialist for ApartmentIQ will play a crucial role in driving customer success and product adoption. They will be responsible for guiding key customers through the onboarding journey, understanding their unique objectives and challenges, and creating personalized onboarding and training plans. This role will involve leading customer interactions, training sessions, and follow-ups to ensure active engagement and maximize the potential of the tool. The Customer Onboarding Specialist will also collaborate with the implementation team and utilize their project management skills to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.

• Collaborate with the SVP of Customer Experience to refine the onboarding process
• Cultivate and manage customer relationships from point of sale to the handoff to Customer Success
• Create materials for and conduct engaging educational sessions, trainings, and QA sessions via virtual platforms
• Assist customers in defining their needs and vision for success with ApartmentIQ
• Manage implementation, training schedules, and timelines to drive value realization
• Liaise with Sales, Product, Customer Success teams
