About The Position

This position will support our Albertsons Vons Pavilions (AVP) & Safeway national accounts in CA & HI. The Director of Customer Leadership will provide support and leadership within specified accounts to deliver new and organic sales growth. This role involves leading, managing, and developing the National Accounts team, and possesses a proven ability to drive initiatives through the business review process. The individual will manage and maintain high customer service levels and demonstrate the ability to work independently against a variety of objectives using account management skills to meet and exceed internal/external customer expectations. A key responsibility is to lead and develop a relationship strategy specific to each account, including business reviews and top-to-top meetings. Ability to travel (50%) is required, along with performing other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
