Director of Case Management
About The Position
A community facility located an hour west of Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time Director of Case Management to join its team. This is a permanent position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7 AM–5 PM. The Director of Case Management is responsible for the direction of staff and fiscal resources of the entire Case Management department. This role requires leadership skills including team building, motivating staff with enthusiasm and compassion, effective communication, staff recruitment, and responsible department budgeting. The Director of Case Management should identify and resolve barriers that hinder efficient patient care.
Requirements
- Current New Mexico RN License or compact state
- At least 5 years of case management experience in an acute care hospital setting required
Responsibilities
- Direction of staff and fiscal resources of the entire Case Management department
- Demonstrate leadership skills that include team building, motivating staff with enthusiasm and compassion, effective communication skills, recruitment of staff, and responsible department budgeting
