About The Position

The Director, North America Brand Management – O’Keeffe’s is responsible for leading integrated go-to-market plans and execution across the O’Keeffe’s portfolio. This role serves as the primary orchestration leader across all O’Keeffe’s pillars, ensuring brand priorities are executed across retail and media channels, with cohesive brand storytelling and disciplined consumer-facing execution. This leader will be responsible for coaching and development of the brand management team and strong collaboration across several functions (i.e. finance, sales, creative/design, supply chain, claims & regulatory). This responsibility entails developing consumer-led growth strategies that translate into tangible communication message strategies and growth building blocks (media, content, retail activation & promotion) that deliver sales & share growth objectives across North America.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing or brand management (CPG preferred).
  • Business Acumen- demonstrated depth of knowledge in what drives CPG brands and success growing brands, leveraging the fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing internal and external agency partners in both content/creative and media.
  • Experience operating in a cross‑functional, matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of the North America integrated marketing plan across the full O’Keeffe’s portfolio, balancing long term equity with near term growth objectives.
  • Anticipate market, consumer, and competitive dynamics and translate brand pillar priorities into a clear annual campaign roadmap supporting business objectives and commercialization needs.
  • Translate consumer-led brand strategies into integrated go-to-market plans that ensure cohesive execution across retail, digital, e-commerce, and media channels, maximizing commercialization effectiveness across the total market.
  • Align resources and capabilities against brand priorities, removing ambiguity and barriers to execution.
  • Lead day‑to‑day partnership between brand management and internal & external agency partners supporting NA marketing execution- ensuring clear briefs, strong strategic output, discipline execution, and ROI-focused performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop brand management talent, building a strong bench for the future.
  • Build and scale brand‑building tools, frameworks, and ways of working that strengthen organizational capability and accountability
  • Understand, prioritize, and recommend key sales and market share growth levers, including media, promotion, pricing & pack architecture, distribution, shelving, and e-commerce activation.
  • Drives integrated marketing plans through an “outcome lens”, focused on building blocks and incremental impact
  • Ensure marketing plans support commercialization and in‑market execution across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Establish performance routines that evaluate effectiveness, capture learnings, and continuously improve brand investment decisions.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Category Management, and Commercial teams to evaluate commercialization effectiveness, ensuring marketing investments translate into measurable business outcomes including velocity, distribution, share growth, and ROI.
  • Balance data, insight, gut, and experience to make informed trade‑offs in dynamic environments.
  • Champion a digital‑first mindset across brand marketing plans and execution.
  • Owns marketing budget and investments to maximize growth and ROI (short & long term).
  • Work seamlessly with Brand Management, Digital & Creative, Sales Strategy & Planning, Finance, Operations and other key cross‑functional partners to deliver plans.
  • Influence senior leaders and peers through strong storytelling, fact‑based recommendations, and sound judgment.
  • Ensure marketing plans support commercialization and in‑market execution across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Act as the orchestration leader across Brand, Sales, Finance, Digital & Creative, Supply Chain, and Claims & Regulatory.
