As the Director of National Accounts for Laudio, the role focuses on introducing new health systems to Laudio, collaborating with sales to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline, and securing high-quality, multi-year contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of pipeline growth in rapidly expanding HIT SaaS companies and experience managing complex consultative sales processes with C-suite healthcare executives. Existing C-suite healthcare relationships and involvement in industry associations are highly desirable. The role requires excelling in all stages of pipeline development and comfort with lead generation in an early-stage company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated revenue-generating success with growing HIT companies, preferably with SaaS software offerings.
  • Demonstrated success in hunting/developing new prospects.
  • Successfully sold new innovative technology to healthcare C-suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport while quickly and confidently gaining respect.
  • Strong virtual and in-person presence with selling skills in one-on-one and group interactions.
  • Superior listening and probing skills.
  • Comfortable with and displays mastery of and ability to troubleshoot tools/platforms needed for successful remote sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
  • Strong business acumen required.
  • Understanding of healthcare market, including in-depth knowledge of clinical and HR processes in acute healthcare settings.
  • Able to have intelligent conversations with healthcare C-suite.
  • Is viewed as a strategic partner by prospects and clients.
  • Must excel in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exhibits high energy, has a resilient attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce new health systems to Laudio and partner with sales to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Generate high-quality, well-priced, and multi-year contracts.
  • Independently generate introductions to health system leaders, particularly System CHROs, COOs, and CNOs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for health system C-suite executives, identifying operational challenges and articulating the value and efficiency of HWS products and Services.
  • Progress complex opportunities with multiple stakeholders by identifying champions, understanding strategic priorities, budget, ROI, and timeline.
  • Develop account plans and senior peer relationships with prospects in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Quickly assess opportunities relative to prospect budget, timeline, and ability to make the ROI case.
  • Independently use the company's GTM playbook and ROI model, and position champions to use this model for internal business cases.
  • Generate senior leader approved, signed contracts to drive bookings growth.
  • Maintain and update prospect contacts and notes in Laudio's CRM (HubSpot) in real-time.
  • Collaborate with the Laudio Insights team to plan and execute new relationship-building initiatives using thought leadership content, converting them into onsite events and sales opportunities.
  • Lead the identification of opportunities to accelerate or support existing sales opportunities with Laudio Insights events.
  • Provide expertise to support the development of national Insights-based benchmarks using public data and Laudio's thought leadership.
  • Attend regional and national events to build the interface between thought leadership and sales/RVPs, converting events and content into new sales opportunities.
  • Communicate, translate, and build upon existing thought leadership content to make it actionable for RVPs.
