About The Position

The Director, Martech Platform owns the strategy, roadmap, and architectural direction of the martech stack anchored in Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). In partnership with the VP, Customer Facing Technology, this leader will guide how the platform evolves and integrates with the broader digital ecosystem to enable Marketing, eCommerce, and agency partners to deliver personalization at scale. The role serves as solution architect for the martech stack and partners across product, engineering, data services, loyalty applications, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, legal, and GRC to deliver compliant, reliable, and impactful solutions. Initial priorities include guiding execution of the Adobe implementation led by a systems integrator, establishing a personalization managed-services operating model, and building the internal Martech Platform team to support platform operations, adoption, and use. The Director owns partner and vendor relationships and is accountable for a stable, well-governed platform with a clear path to internal ownership. The position also leads platform strategy and governance, team development, privacy and compliance coordination, budget and vendor management, and platform enablement and adoption. The desired outcomes are personalization at scale across channels, a unified and compliant customer identity and data foundation, and a stable, standards-based platform with a clear path to internal ownership.
