To modernize and expand the organization’s marketing strategy across retail operations, donor engagement, community impact initiatives, and workforce development programs. Serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, shaping how the organization connects mission with measurable business growth and community impact. Provide strategic leadership for all marketing, branding, communications, digital engagement, and public-facing campaigns for GWH. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, retail traffic, donor participation, community engagement, and workforce program visibility. A strategic thinker and hands-on leader who is comfortable driving enterprise-level marketing strategy while also executing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing results.
