About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is a national dermatology platform supporting physician-led practices. As we grow, we are investing in a strong marketing function to support our providers, patients, and partners. Marketing efforts serve two distinct audiences: practice owners considering a sale or partnership, and dermatologists seeking career opportunities within our network. This role requires a builder who can work directly with the Chief of Staff to support corporate marketing strategy, establish practice-level marketing support, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable with brand strategy and hands-on execution, including content creation, agency briefing, and workflow building. While the role does not involve managing a large team, adequate support will be provided.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 8–12+ years of marketing experience
  • Healthcare Marketing experience is required
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Managing agency relationships
  • Demonstrated experience marketing within a multi-location healthcare provider organization
  • Experience with two distinct audiences, ideally both B2B (providers, practice owners, partners) and patient or consumer-facing
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, segmentation, reporting)
  • Brand building experience, ideally including early-stage or launch-phase work
  • Exceptional writing skills; able to adapt voice and message across practice acquisition, physician career, and patient audiences
  • Comfortable doing the work yourself in a founder-led environment, not just directing others

Nice To Haves

  • Dermatology experience or exposure preferred
  • Experience with practice acquisition marketing or physician recruiting is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting dermatology practice owners considering a sale or partnership.
  • Build awareness and generate inbound leads for the M&A pipeline.
  • Create thought leadership content to position Integrated Dermatology as a physician-aligned alternative.
  • Develop messaging that addresses practice owner motivations (legacy, transition, financial outcome, practice continuity).
  • Manage HubSpot marketing campaigns, workflows, segmentation, and performance tracking for the practice acquisition audience.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting dermatologists seeking employment or partnership opportunities.
  • Build and activate Integrated Dermatology's employment brand across digital channels, professional networks, and dermatology communities.
  • Create content and campaigns that appeal to dermatologists' desires (autonomy, culture, clinical quality, compensation).
  • Support physician recruitment efforts in partnership with operations leadership.
  • Build a repeatable practice marketing support model for affiliated practices.
  • Create a local marketing framework balancing individual practice identity with Integrated Dermatology brand standards.
  • Implement and manage the marketing technology stack to leverage data for insights and outcomes.
  • Work with practice managers and physicians to execute patient acquisition campaigns, digital marketing, and local outreach.
  • Supervise digital marketing initiatives including paid media, local SEO, email, and other practice-level marketing across the network.
  • Own the Integrated Dermatology brand: voice, visual identity, messaging hierarchy, and positioning.
  • Draft corporate communications including executive messaging, partner updates, and external announcements.
  • Develop content strategy and produce written content for practice acquisition and physician career audiences, engaging agency support as needed.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and design partners for creative development and campaign execution.
  • Support planning and execution for industry events and trade shows, including the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) annual meeting.
  • Represent Integrated Dermatology's brand at industry touchpoints and partner events.
