The Alzheimer Society's vision is a world without Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Our mission is to alleviate the personal and social consequences of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias and to promote research. The Director, Marketing & Communications is responsible for shaping how ASC shows up in the world, helping us connect with the communities we care about in a compelling and consistent way. As part of a dynamic organization, the Director plays a key role in supporting integration across awareness, advocacy, and fundraising, strengthening how ASC engages audiences. Working within a tri-level federated model, you’ll play a visible role in aligning partners, where influence, collaboration, and shared outcomes are critical. In this context, you’ll lead how marketing and communications is delivered at ASC and more broadly with Alzheimer Societies across Canada, including the development and execution of integrated campaigns that build awareness, engage communities, and drive support for fundraising and evidence-informed advocacy priorities across a network of pan-Canadian partners. This work plays a key role in strengthening ASC’s national presence and impact. As the Director of a team of marketing and communications professionals, this role calls for a leader who sets clear direction and holds a high bar for quality and impact, while also creating a supportive environment where people can do their best work.
