The Director will identify automation and AI-enabled improvements that reduce manual work and ticket volume. This is a full-time employee role based in the Dallas office, with four days in office and one day remote. Occasional after-hours support for urgent issues and periodic travel to the New York or Charlotte offices are expected. The company cannot provide visa sponsorship.
