About The Position

Capital One is seeking a Director to lead the International Strategy and Enablement (ISE) team within the Second Line Global Payment Network (GPN) Risk & Advisory Organization. The role will build a standardized international risk capability that supports GPN's expansion into new markets, providing independent, embedded second-line risk oversight.
