About the position

The Director, Health System Sales at Memora Health will be responsible for expanding the company's presence across leading health systems. This role requires extensive experience in developing and closing new business opportunities, as well as managing the entire sales cycle. The Director will work closely with the growth, marketing, and strategy teams to present and contract solutions that address customers' care delivery needs. The ideal candidate should be driven by the problem Memora Health is solving and have a passion for innovative approaches and technology in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and source new business opportunities to build Memora's pipeline for growth in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership
  • Successfully traverse complex health system selling environments to repeatedly close new Memora Health's enterprise and use case-specific partnerships in an expeditious fashion
  • Own entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through closing
  • Routinely update CRM system, sales pipeline, and prepare accurate sales forecasts

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare SaaS sales selling to health systems
  • Consistent top performer with a successful track record of developing, managing, and closing new sales opportunities that require both business and clinical champions
  • Clear, concise, and credible communicator
  • Ability to motivate, support, and lead discussions with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Deeply empathetic to the needs of each customer stakeholder
  • Consultative, problem-solving based approach to sales
  • Experience working with an early-stage startup
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Energized by the opportunity to work collaboratively with a top-tier Commercial team
  • Humble with an ability to embrace feedback and hold oneself accountable
  • Willingness to learn in a high-paced, rapidly changing sales environment
  • Eligible for additional incentive-based commission
