About The Position

Anduril Industries is seeking an entrepreneurial, high-velocity Director of Growth to lead Connected Warfare portfolio capture across key Indo-Pacific allied nations. The role is based in Tokyo, Singapore, or Taipei and focuses on building regional commercial growth, with Voyager as the primary entry point and expansion opportunities across Menace, Lattice, and Warfighter systems. The position owns the regional commercial growth playbook for Ministries of Defence and other allied partners, pursuing direct commercial sales, system integrations, co-development, and multi-year sovereign programs. The role combines strategic capture leadership with hands-on execution. The director will operate as a self-sufficient in-region contributor, generating pipeline, closing contracts, demonstrating hardware, briefing technical officers, drafting proposals, negotiating cross-border procurement terms, and navigating export and acquisition requirements. The position also connects regional operators’ feedback with Connected Warfare engineering and product teams to inform ongoing product development.

Requirements

  • Currently reside in, or be fully willing to relocate as an in-region expatriate to, Tokyo, Singapore, or Taipei; U.S.-based and Australia-based candidates will not be considered for this posting.
  • 10 or more years of direct sales and capture experience in defense business development, commercial capture, or technical sales, with a record of originating, negotiating, and closing significant defense hardware or mission systems contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and close business under challenging procurement conditions, rather than only managing relationships or sustaining programs.
  • Deep technical command of tactical edge deployments, including low-SWaP compute, tactical MANET/RF waveforms, server virtualization, PCIe bus architectures, and C5ISR integration.
  • Ability to credibly present multi-domain Connected Warfare capability packages, with familiarity in EW/SIGINT, software-defined C2, and Warfighter systems.
  • Direct experience negotiating commercial contracts, sovereign bilateral agreements, or direct commercial exports with allied defense ministries, beyond reliance solely on U.S. Government-facilitated FMS cases.
  • Ability to operate independently in international markets without relying on large support teams or specialized capture coordinators for day-to-day work.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, 50% or more, throughout the Indo-Pacific region, operational exercise ranges, and U.S. engineering hubs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience displacing established defense incumbents across tactical hardware, EW/SIGINT, and C2 software in allied deployments.
  • Existing operational and procurement networks within Japan’s Ministry of Defense/ATLA, Taiwan’s MND, or Singapore’s MINDEF.
  • Prior military operational experience in communications, naval systems, infantry, or tactical aviation, or experience as a forward-deployed technical specialist.
  • Professional working proficiency or fluency in Japanese or Mandarin Chinese.
  • Experience selling hybrid hardware-software architectures in which physical compute hosts edge AI, autonomy, or advanced C2 applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Connected Warfare sales motions across APAC, coordinating a matrixed team of sellers, engineers, stakeholders, and in-country Anduril teams.
  • Build and execute commercial capture strategies across allied Indo-Pacific nations, pursuing hardware sales, integrations, and multi-year sovereign programs.
  • Generate pipeline and close business through Direct Commercial Sales, in-country co-development partnerships, and bilateral defense modernization initiatives.
  • Use Voyager as the initial entry point in allied accounts, displacing incumbent tactical hardware and developing follow-on opportunities across Menace, Lattice, and Warfighter systems.
  • Position Voyager as the physical carrier for broader Anduril software-defined capabilities, including Lattice C2, Menace-T EW/SIGINT, and Deadshot precision fire-control.
  • Drive land-and-expand programs after Voyager deployments by identifying capability gaps and shaping follow-on requirements across the Connected Warfare portfolio.
  • Own multi-year Connected Warfare program roadmaps in allied accounts.
  • Independently conduct hardware demonstrations, brief technical officers, draft technical proposals, and negotiate complex cross-border procurement terms.
  • Navigate partner-nation regulatory and acquisition frameworks in coordination with trade compliance, export controls, and local industrial partners.
  • Relay operational feedback from APAC operators to Connected Warfare engineering and product leaders to support product evolution for coalition warfare.
  • Travel extensively throughout the Indo-Pacific region, operational exercise ranges, and U.S. engineering hubs.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are considered part of total compensation.
  • Top-tier benefits for full-time employees, available at little to no cost to employees, supporting health and recovery.
