About The Position
Sentara Health is seeking a Director of Enterprise Identity and Digital Trust to lead the continued growth and increasing complexity of its Identity Program. The Director will build scalable, automated, and policy-driven programs that reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and enable secure digital transformation. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in a healthcare environment and expertise in identity and access management, digital trust, and cybersecurity.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant leadership experience in an enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in identity lifecycle management and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Deep expertise in Non-Human Identity (NHI) strategy.
- Deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Deep expertise in authentication and authorization.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust principles aligned with NIST and recognized cybersecurity frameworks.
- Proven success leading team transformations.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
