About The Position

Sentara Health is seeking a Director of Enterprise Identity and Digital Trust to lead the continued growth and increasing complexity of its Identity Program. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in a healthcare environment. The Director will build scalable, automated, and policy-driven programs that reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and enable secure digital transformation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience or 10 years relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
5 years of relevant leadership in enterprise environment
Deep expertise in Identity lifecycle management and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
Deep expertise in Non-Human Identity (NHI) strategy
Deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Deep expertise in Authentication and authorization
Deep expertise in Zero Trust principles aligned with NIST and recognized cybersecurity frameworks
Proven success in leading team transformations
Strong Project Management and Communication Skills
