About The Position

The Director, Clinic Operations oversees the operations of Overlake Medical Clinics, LLC, as assigned, and other clinics as they are developed and implemented. The role is responsible for clinic business operations and patient care activities; supervises clinic management, supervisory staff, and leads; and partners with the clinic Associate Medical Director and clinic-based employed and contracted physicians to achieve clinic, program, and performance goals and targets. The Director also partners with program and service line directors to integrate care across the continuum.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Maintain licensure or certification as appropriate to the profession, such as an RN license.
• At least five years of administrative health care management experience, including at least three years of management in direct clinic operations.
• Physician Practice Management and freestanding ambulatory care center experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking to large and small groups.
• Ability to function independently with high accountability.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification in Physician Practice Management, MGMA, or similar certifications preferred.
