About The Position

The Director, Clinic Operations oversees and operates Overlake Medical Clinics, LLC, as assigned, as well as other clinics as they are developed and implemented. The role is responsible for clinic business operations and patient care activities, and supervises clinic management, supervisory staff, and leads. The Director partners with the clinic Associate Medical Director and clinic-based employed and contracted physicians to achieve clinic, program, and performance goals and targets. The role also partners with program and service line directors to integrate care across the continuum.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Maintain licensure or certification as appropriate to the profession, such as an RN license.
At least five years of administrative healthcare management experience, including at least three years of management in direct clinic operations.
Physician Practice Management experience required.
Freestanding ambulatory care center experience required.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking to large and small groups.
Ability to function independently with high accountability.
Ability to drive, stand, and work irregular hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred.
Certification in Physician Practice Management, MGMA, or similar certification preferred.
