Director, Business Development - USA

ReVisionz•Houston, TX

About The Position

The Director, Business Development generates new business for ReVisionz with owner-operators across North America. The role opens new accounts and wins additional work with existing clients across ReVisionz’s digital asset enablement portfolio, including systems integration, data and AI solutions, consulting, and managed services, with an emphasis on programs and multi-phase engagements. Success is measured by opening relationships with budget owners, building qualified pipeline, and winning new business across the portfolio. The Director conducts consultative sales through complex organizations and extended sales cycles, from account mapping and discovery through solution shaping, proposals, negotiation, and signed statements of work. The role also represents ReVisionz in the market, contributes industry insight to go-to-market planning, collaborates with marketing, and ensures effective handoffs to delivery. ReVisionz has helped owner-operators across energy, chemicals, mining, and manufacturing make more value from asset and engineering information for 25 years. The company describes its culture as respectful and loyal, and as a supportive, inclusive environment. It is a Great Place to Work® Certified™ organization (2024/2025).
