Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Director to help scale its Business Development Operations & Support (BD-OS) group as the Business Development organization handles increasing deal volume. BD-OS supports program and process management, CRM and customer planning systems, market and customer insights, and cross-functional coordination for live deals and broader initiatives. The Director will improve existing tools and processes and create new systems, reporting, and operating routines that provide clear visibility into deal and customer status. The role has primary responsibility for customer-facing planning and reporting, including tracking account status, progress, next steps, and strategic plans across key relationships. The Director will also communicate BD progress to senior leadership, capital partners, and the board. This role owns ongoing customer and market intelligence, including market comparables, pricing benchmarks, and competitive analysis, to inform site selection, pricing, and positioning. It also owns deal timing and probability projections that inform capital commitment decisions, including at-risk project investment and long-lead equipment commitments. The position requires direct engagement with hyperscale and AI customers, cross-functional coordination, strong program and project management, and the ability to build processes and systems in an evolving, fast-scaling environment. The role is based in Denver, Colorado, with a three-day hybrid in-office schedule and travel of up to 25% for company gatherings, quarterly team meetings, or project sites. Compensation is $169,000–$205,000, with bonus and other variable compensation.
