About The Position

Walmart Connect is seeking a Director of Emerging Technology Partnerships to develop strategy and oversee execution for a team focused on prospecting new partners and incubating high-potential partners and direct advertisers. The role supports diversification of services offered to advertisers and helps define ways to accelerate partner growth through scaled partner management and support. The Director works cross-functionally on execution, represents Walmart Connect at the C-suite level with partners in their book of business, and leads a lean team in a rapidly growing business. The position calls for collaborative leadership, problem-solving, and strong performance in an ambiguous, changing environment with limited oversight. The Director will drive partner product adoption and advertising spend, help automate and scale team operations, and coordinate initiatives to accelerate partner and advertiser growth. The role also consults with sales and account management teams, advocates for sales, aligns enablement and measurement efforts with broader business teams, collaborates with product teams on requirements and roadmaps, and analyzes and reports performance metrics. The position is based at Walmart’s listed primary location in Hoboken, New Jersey. The annual salary range is $132,000 to $264,000, with additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock. Walmart describes a range of health, financial, paid-time-off, education, and other benefits; eligibility and amounts may depend on job classification and length of employment.
