About The Position

ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Product Management to set and lead product strategy for its Microsoft partnership across ServiceNow’s full vertical stack, from data and AI through agents, governance, and industry-specific workflows. This is an individual-contributor role with enterprise-wide scope and executive-level influence. The role serves as the senior product leader and definitive internal authority on how ServiceNow’s platform aligns with Microsoft’s product stack end to end. Its scope will evolve as both companies’ products change, with accountability for the product relationship wherever their stacks intersect. The Director partners with product marketing, business development, corporate development, and other functions to define and execute engagement strategy, track milestones, and maximize value for ServiceNow, its customers, and Microsoft. The position is ServiceNow’s senior product counterpart to Microsoft product leadership. It calls for setting strategy across technical diligence, roadmap alignment, and integration delivery; maintaining an enterprise-wide view of the partnership; aligning dual roadmaps; defining partnership positioning and success measures; and guiding prioritization, resourcing, and strategic engagement decisions. The role also coordinates cross-functional teams and represents ServiceNow in executive, strategic customer, and partner engagements when Microsoft-specific technical context is needed, without owning the deal.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, with working knowledge of key SaaS growth drivers.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize strategy across a broad, multi-layered product scope, including data, AI, agents, governance, and application-layer partnership work.
  • Track record of setting multi-year product strategy and influencing VP- and C-level decisions internally and at partner or customer organizations.
  • Experience critically integrating AI into product decision-making, workflow design, or technical evaluation of partner solutions.
  • Experience leading technology partnership product strategy, including build-versus-partner analysis, technical due diligence, and integration architecture.
  • Experience owning business cases for partnership investment and accountability for outcomes, combining analytical rigor with judgment under ambiguity.
  • Ability to influence an internal roadmap and a partner roadmap without owning either, across a broad range of stack layers.
  • Ability to drive alignment and decisions across many internal teams at senior leadership level without direct authority over those teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating partnership rationale to technical and executive audiences and translating across different technical domains.
  • Ability to articulate a compelling vision and inspire teams and senior stakeholders across a broad, evolving scope.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and applications portfolio, and the associated competitive and partner landscape.
  • Broad familiarity with Microsoft’s AI, data, and agent product ecosystem.
  • Depth in a few areas combined with fluency across the rest of the relevant product stack.
  • Hands-on product management experience with AI-powered or AI-enabled enterprise software.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy for and lead technical due diligence, roadmap alignment, and integration delivery across the Microsoft relationship, from qualification through activation-ready handoff to go-to-market.
  • Maintain and evolve an enterprise-wide view of where ServiceNow’s and Microsoft’s product stacks intersect, serving as the single owner and point of view on the relationship.
  • Drive dual-roadmap alignment by translating Microsoft capabilities and platform changes into internal roadmap asks, and ServiceNow’s roadmap into requirements for Microsoft.
  • Define and advocate ServiceNow’s positioning on how Microsoft’s stack complements rather than overlaps with ServiceNow’s platform.
  • Define partnership success metrics and measure downstream customer-funnel signals, including adoption, attach rate, and win/loss, with GPC and field teams; use the results to guide roadmap and investment decisions.
  • Own prioritization and resourcing recommendations across the partnership scope, determine with leadership where to focus or defer, and communicate the rationale.
  • Shape and recommend leadership-level decisions about deeper strategic engagement with Microsoft, including investment, co-sell motions, and joint roadmap commitments.
  • Track competitive and industry trends across the Microsoft ecosystem and determine their implications for partnership strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment among Engineering, Platform, Product Marketing, and GTM BD teams working on the Microsoft relationship.
  • Represent ServiceNow in executive and strategic customer and partner engagements requiring Microsoft-specific technical context, without owning the deal.
