Direct Support Professional / DSP / Caregiver
About The Position
AbleLight is seeking energetic, compassionate, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role focuses on helping people live independently, achieve personal goals, and enjoy fulfilling lives through supportive relationships, daily assistance, and community participation. DSPs provide companionship, mentorship, and advocacy while creating meaningful experiences at home and in the community. Requirements
