About The Position
Caring Hands Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. DSPs assist individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Ability to pass background check
- Compassionate
- Reliable
- Strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in DDA or related field preferred
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide community integration and support
- Follow Individual Service Plans (ISP)
- Document services and progress notes accurately and timely
- Ensure client safety and well-being
- Report incidents and changes in condition
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
