As we grow our current and new programs, we are looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who share our commitment to making a difference. As a DSP, you’ll build meaningful relationships while supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities throughout Solano County.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license & proof of auto insurance

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid Certification (offered internally after 90 days)

Responsibilities

Supporting individuals in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming household
Helping with daily living skills such as meal prep, laundry, shopping, cleaning, and personal hygiene
Encouraging independence while providing respectful assistance with health and safety needs
Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
Building meaningful connections and encouraging friendships
Documenting services accurately and keeping communication open with CFL management
Attending trainings, team meetings, and professional development sessions
Promoting inclusion in the community and celebrating milestones, big or small
