About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at LSS, you will provide person-centered care and support to people with identified needs as they pursue their hopes, dreams, and goals. You will build purposeful relationships, encourage and guide individuals, advocate for them in their lives and community, and support the development of essential living skills. The role includes maintaining documentation and records and participating in periodic meetings and training in accordance with regulations and LSS standards. The position pays $17 per hour, with an opportunity for an increase to up to $17.50 per hour after six months of consistent employment. Afternoon shifts are offered. A $2,000 hiring bonus is available to eligible employees who meet the stated requirements. The job posting states that no education or previous experience is required.

Requirements
