About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional at Sevita’s Falcon Ridge site in Boiling Springs, South Carolina, you will support people with developmental goals and help them grow, learn, and live well. You will build meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, help them participate in the community and enjoy their favorite activities, and support goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role also includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The position is full-time, with morning, afternoon, and night hours listed. The pay rate is $15.81 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
A valid South Carolina driver's license.
Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
Reliable transportation.
Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
