Direct Support Professional (DSP) - 2nd Shift Full Time
About The Position
Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals for its Adult Residential department in Marlton, New Jersey. The role supports adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them build daily-living skills and independence through personalized care. The position is full-time, with a schedule of Sunday 11:00 a.m.–11:30 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday 2:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. The hourly rate is $19.06–$19.44. Bancroft describes its work as providing compassionate, quality care and building a supportive team and community. The role can be physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging, and weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
- Ability and willingness to work weekends.
- Current driver's license in good standing.
- Strong desire to work with autistic and/or intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
