Direct Support Professional (DSP) - 2nd Shift Full Time
About The Position
Bancroft is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional for its Adult Residential department in Marlton, New Jersey. The role supports adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities. Direct Support Professionals provide quality care in a positive and empathetic manner and should have a strong desire to work with the individuals Bancroft serves. The schedule is Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The hourly rate is $19.06–$19.44. The work can be different from hour to hour and may be physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
- Be able and willing to work weekends.
- Have a current driver's license in good standing.
- Have a strong desire to work with autistic individuals and people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
