Direct Support Professional (DSP) - 2nd Shift Full Time
About The Position
Bancroft is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional for its Adult Residential department in Voorhees, New Jersey. The role supports adults with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities by providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. The schedule is Sunday 8 a.m.–10 p.m., Monday noon–10 p.m., and Tuesday and Wednesday 2 p.m.–10 p.m. The hourly rate is $19.06–$19.44. Bancroft describes itself as a care team of 2,700 employees across more than 200 facilities and homes in New Jersey and Delaware, serving children and adults with autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, and people in need of neurological rehabilitation. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
- Be able and willing to work weekends.
- Have a current driver's license in good standing.
- Have a strong desire to work with autistic and/or intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
