About The Position

Bancroft is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional for its Adult Residential department in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The role supports adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them build daily living skills, develop independence through personalized plans of care, and participate in community events and outings. The position involves communicating with residents, families, and guardians and working as part of a supportive, accountable team. The listed schedule is Sunday 11:00 a.m.–11:30 p.m., Monday and Tuesday 2:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m., and Wednesday 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. The hourly pay range is $19.06–$19.44.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
• Be able and willing to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.
• Have a strong desire to work with autistic and/or intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.
