About The Position

Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals for its Adult Residential North program in Voorhees, New Jersey. In this role, you will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and help them realize their best lives. The position calls for a strong desire to work with autistic and/or intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals, and to provide quality care in a positive, empathetic manner.

The schedule is full-time, Wednesday through Saturday, from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. The hourly rate is $19.06–$19.44. Bancroft describes itself as a provider of services for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities, and people in need of neurological rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Current driver's license in good standing.
• Strong desire to work with autistic and/or intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.
• Passion for providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
