About The Position

Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional for its Adult Residential North program in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering them to realize their best lives through quality, positive, and empathetic care. The schedule is full-time: Wednesday 2:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m., Thursday and Friday 2:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m., and Saturday 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. The hourly rate is $19.06–$19.44.

Bancroft is a service provider for children and adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities, as well as people in need of neurological rehabilitation. The organization describes its care team as 2,700 employees across more than 200 facilities and homes in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Current driver's license in good standing.
• Strong desire to work with autistic and/or intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.
• Passion for providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
