About The Position
Dungarvin is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other complex medical needs. DSPs help individuals live more independent, fulfilling lives by providing daily living and personal care support, helping people develop skills and achieve personal goals, and assisting with community activities, appointments, and outings. The role encourages independence, choice, and meaningful connections while creating a positive, supportive environment. The hiring event is an in-person event in Janesville, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 111 N Main St, Janesville, WI 53545. The position pays $16.00–$18.00 per hour. Previous experience supporting people with disabilities is a plus, but interested candidates are encouraged to attend even without that experience.
