About The Position

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals for its Penn Hills, Pennsylvania area location. DSPs interact with and support individuals in a variety of potential settings, providing care that enhances each person’s health, safety, dignity, and contentment. They assist and train individuals in personal care, communication, and social skill development. The position offers a standard pay rate of $17.00 per hour, with an enhanced-pay option of $19.00 per hour. Evening, overnight, and weekend PRN shifts are available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services or a related field preferred.
