Direct Support Professional - Day Services - Penn Yan
About The Position
Mozaic is hiring a Direct Support Professional for its Day Services program in Penn Yan, New York. The role supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build skills, increase independence, and work toward personal goals. The DSP provides encouragement, guidance, and hands-on assistance, helping participants engage in community activities, explore interests, develop everyday skills, celebrate milestones, and build confidence. The position is based in Yates County and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, for 37.5 hours per week, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license required.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, or an associate degree in human services or a related field, is preferred.
