About The Position

Mozaic is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for its Day Services program in Fulton, New York, in Oswego County. The DSP supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living fulfilling, independent lives. The role provides support, encouragement, and opportunities for people to explore interests, build skills, and pursue personal goals. It involves helping create a safe, positive, and empowering environment while supporting daily activities, community involvement, and personal growth. Mozaic provides paid training and career development opportunities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for 37.5 hours per week, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Pay is $17.92–$18.67 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid New York State driver’s license.
• A caring attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with developmental disabilities is valued.
• Experience as a CNA, health aide, caregiver, or DSP is a plus.
