About The Position

Mosaic is hiring temporary Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support people as they develop daily living skills and participate in life activities so they can live as independently as possible. The role involves helping people pursue goals that matter to them, monitoring their comfort and safety, and ensuring their medical, nutritional, and personal care needs are met. DSPs also provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.

This is a temporary assignment with a maximum 120-day timeframe and possible conversion options. The wage is $25, and work is capped at 40 hours per week; the position is not eligible for overtime. Temporary employees are ineligible for benefits, PTO, sign-on bonuses, and referral incentives. No prior experience is needed, and thorough training is provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver's license where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform the physical activities described for the role, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and safely transferring weight.
