We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals in Wake Forest and Wake County areas!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments and activities
• Interest in teaching life skills to promote and encourage independence

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible
