About The Position

Bancroft is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for its Adult Residential department in Haddon Heights, New Jersey. The role supports adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities by providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. The schedule is Thursday and Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The hourly rate is $19.06–$19.44.

The work can be physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding, and each hour may bring different activities. Weekend availability is required. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
• Be able and willing to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.
