About The Position

Sevita is hiring a Direct Care Provider to support people with developmental goals and help them grow, learn, and live well. The role involves building meaningful relationships with the people served, supporting their participation in community life and favorite activities, and assisting with goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The provider also assists with personal hygiene and supports individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs. The schedule is 28 hours per week: Monday and Tuesday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m.; Wednesday, 1–5 p.m.; and Thursday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. Pay is $21.00 per hour. Requirements

A valid driver's license.
Access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
