About The Position

The Direct Care Provider assists people with personal hygiene and supports individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The role involves helping participants grow, learn, and live well; building meaningful relationships; supporting participants’ developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition; and helping them participate in the community and enjoy their favorite activities. The position is part-time and pays $19.46 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
