About The Position

Sevita is hiring a Direct Care Provider to support people with developmental goals and complex needs. The role involves helping participants grow, learn, and live well; building meaningful relationships; supporting community involvement and preferred activities; and assisting with personal hygiene. Participants may have behavioral challenges. The position offers scheduled shifts on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The listed pay is $21.32.

Requirements

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
