About The Position

Sevita is hiring a Direct Care Provider for a part-time weekend position paying $19.64 per hour. In this role, you will help people grow, learn, and live well while developing meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You will support participants in taking part in their communities and enjoying favorite activities, and help them work toward developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will also assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.

Responsibilities
