Direct Care Program Coordinator
About The Position
Merakey is seeking a Program Coordinator for its program in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. The coordinator is responsible for site-based compliance with Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs regulations, county requirements, and Merakey policies and standards. The role provides onsite leadership to support the health, safety, and contentment of individuals served and ensure smooth daily program operations. The position also provides primary supervision on second shift for the House Manager and site-based Direct Support Professionals (House Manager Aide). Compensation is $21.95 per hour with selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
- One year of related experience.
Nice To Haves

- Supervisory experience.
