About The Position

Attleboro Enterprises, Inc. is hiring caring, dependable Direct Support Professionals for its Community-Based Day Program in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, and a future location in Plainville, Massachusetts. The role supports adults with developmental disabilities as they build independence and connect with their community. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 37 hours per week, with starting pay of $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Acceptable CORI background check.

Nice To Haves

• One year of related human services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in developing independence and daily living skills.
• Assist participants in accessing community activities, resources, and social opportunities.
• Help individuals identify personal goals and develop plans to achieve them.
• Build positive relationships and support networks that promote inclusion, confidence, and community involvement.
• Provide individualized support that respects each participant’s choices, abilities, and preferences.
• Encourage participation in meaningful activities that promote personal growth and independence.
