About The Position

Friendship Village is seeking a Dietary Supervisor who is committed to quality, exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences for residents. The role assists the Certified Dietary Manager with oversight of the dining team and helps ensure kitchens and dining areas are stocked, clean, and compliant with legal and company requirements.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to work weekdays on second shift and weekends on first shift, with weekends and holidays as needed.
Must pass applicable pre-employment screenings, which could include criminal background checks, an abuse registry check, a drug test, a physical, and a TB test.

Nice To Haves

Previous dining experience.
One year of previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Assist the Certified Dietary Manager with oversight of the dining team.
Create, post, and update employee work schedules.
Assign and monitor employee work.
Coach and train staff.
Problem-solve and provide opportunities for employee growth and improvement.
Ensure kitchens and dining areas are stocked and kept clean.
Ensure legal and company compliance.
