About The Position

The Dining Services Coordinator directs and coordinates the dining experience of residents and guests in an upscale atmosphere, providing superior customer service. The role plans, directs, and coordinates dining services department activities and provides food services for residents and employees. It also establishes departmental regulations and procedures in accordance with administrative policies and develops standards for organizing and supervising dining services. The position is described as having defined schedules and being part of a team focused on enriching seniors’ lives.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate the dining experience of residents and guests.
Provide superior customer service in an upscale dining atmosphere.
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the dining services department.
Provide food services for residents and employees.
Establish departmental regulations and procedures in conformance with administrative policies.
Develop standards for the organization and supervision of dining services.
