Dining Services Assistant
About The Position
Rolla Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Dining Services Assistant, also referred to as a Dietary Aide, to assist with dining services in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role works to ensure residents receive a high-quality dining experience with every meal and supports the value that the resident comes first. Employees treat the community as the residents’ home, help create a sense of home, and model person-centered care. The position starts at $15.25 per hour, with shift and weekend differentials and additional pay based on experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with regular and texture-modified diets is a plus.
