About The Position
The Server provides upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person has a warm and inviting personality, responds to residents’, guests’, and team members’ requests in a timely manner, and professionally represents The Waters. The role focuses on providing excellent hospitality to seniors and creating a fun, engaging, and caring environment for residents. The Server also engages with residents’ family and friends and takes time to visit with them. No experience is necessary; previous hospitality experience is preferred. Some weekend availability is needed.
